Effective disinfection with chlorine dioxide
Chlorine dioxide generator units Bello Zon® CDVc will be used to disinfect irrigation water or water for domestic use. The highly effective disinfectant chlorine dioxide is being used increasingly in various areas of horticulture and plant cultivation for purposes of disinfecting irrigation water and water for domestic use. Permissible quantities of chlorine dioxide in drinking water has proved effective in preventing disease in begonias, orchids, cut flowers, roses and vegetable market gardening, as well as in potato processing and crate disinfection. Existing irrigation systems can be used in combination with chlorine dioxide for disinfecting water, even for the production of endangered cultures.

ProMaqua develops and manufactures dosing systems suitable for crop protection products, pesticides, fungicides and insecticides as well as for all liquids and water soluble products. Fertilizers can be continuously metered in concentrations from 0.01 to 1% with deviating irrigation water volumes of 0.3 - 5 m3/h.
Chemical free water treatment with UV radiation
Dulcodes D UV systems with high-flux UV lamps serve for the disinfection of turbid or discoloured irrigation water or water for domestic use and can be used - depending on transmission - for flow rates up to 33 m³/h, i.e. the ensure a high level of disinfection, even with poor water quality.
