Digital fluid management with DulconneX
The solenoid-driven metering pumps gamma/ X and gamma/ XL, combined with the DULCOonneX gateway, allow users to monitor, analyse, and optimise processes with ease. Through digital networking, all the required information is available for optimum system control, ensuring fault-free processes at all times.
Additional possible applications result from the optimum way in which these pumps interact with our recently developed suction lance. Perfectly matched to the pump’s control circuit, the level can be very accurately recorded.
Safe
A cross-section of the Orlita® Evolution clearly shows how stringent safety requirements are met. It provides insight into design solutions for compensating for leaks and protecting against overheating as well as warning of diaphragm ruptures and safeguarding against overpressure.
Easy to service
Another highlight on the stand will be the new peristaltic metering pump DULCO flex Control. Its intuitive user interface with clickwheel ensures simple operation.
The dosing head developed and patented by ProMinent enables the quick and straightforward replacement of the hose with a unique exchange technique, totally without the need for a tool. The display provides the fitter with precise instructions about the steps to be completed when replacing the hose.
The peristaltic pump is highly suited to metering highly gaseous, high-viscosity, abrasive, shear-sensitive and chemically aggressive fluids.
Presentation in the Automation forum
Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Bernd Freissler, Product Manager for Process Technology at ProMinent GmbH, will explain how the range of potential applications for today’s diaphragm metering pumps is growing with innovative drives. In his presentation “Micro evolution: Metering micro quantities in high-pressure applications by means of innovative drive technology”, Freissler will detail the benefits of metering pumps using linear motor technology.
Where and when: Thursday, 4 April 2019, 10:00- 10:20 am in the Automation forum in hall 14 on stand L19
Anyone with an entrance ticket to the trade fair can attend the Automation forum for free.
