Morphis QxT is ideal for video surveillance applications that require simultaneous capture from multiple standard sources. Its high level of integration and standard connections provide additional flexibility and cost savings for video surveillance applications.
The board captures from NTSC, PAL, RS-170 and CCIR video sources, and supports simultaneous acquisition of up to sixteen live video streams. The hardware MPEG-4 engine can perform real-time compression of four full D1 (720 x 480/576) video streams or 16 CIF
(352 x 240/288) video streams. Other standard features include 32 TTL auxiliary I/Os, 16 audio inputs, as well as a watchdog timer for automatically recovering from application or system faults.
Software support is available for Microsoft® Windows® XP, and consists of the field-proven, hardware-independent Matrox Imaging Library (MIL)/ActiveMIL or MIL-Lite/ActiveMIL-Lite development toolkits for creating custom applications.
