Mit möglichst hoher Lebensqualität und Selbstständigkeit älter werden können – dafür ist es gut, sich frühzeitig mit dem Altern zu beschäftigen, um seine persönliche Situation in Hinblick auf die Zukunft selbst gestalten zu können. Die neue Infobroschüre für Senior*innen der Region Hannover, die aus dem bisherigen Seniorenratgeber hervorgegangen ist, bündelt viele Informationen zum Älterwerden. Sie gibt einen guten ersten Überblick über die wichtigsten Themen sowie über Anlaufstellen und Angebote vor Ort. Auf 75 Seiten liefert sie Informationen zu Ansprechpartner*innen, Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten und Wissenswertes rund um das Thema Alter und Pflege. Die Infobroschüre für Senior*innen ist kostenfrei in den Senioren- und Pflegestützpunkten der Region Hannover und Landeshauptstadt Hannover, den Rathäusern oder Seniorenbüros der Städte und Gemeinden in der Region Hannover oder über die Regionsverwaltung, Telefon 0511/616-26462, erhältlich. Außerdem ist die neue Infobroschüre im Internet hinterlegt unter www.hannover.de/senioreninfo-region.
