Nach intensiven Analysen passt REHAU seine Strategie zu den erneuerbaren Energien an und zieht sich aus den Märkten Solarthermie und Wärmepumpe zurück. REHAU bleibt aber weiterhin mit allen drei strategischen Geschäftsfeldern in den Märkten der regenerativen Energien aktiv.

Aufgrund veränderter Rahmenbedingungen, geringeren Wachstums und starken Preisdrucks in den Solarthermie- und Wärmepumpenmärkten haben sich die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

REHAU will sich im Markt erneuerbare Energien künftig stärker auf die Entwicklung innovativer Produkte wie Wasserstofftanks (Automotive & Mobility), Teile für Windkraftanlagen (Industrial Solutions), Biomasse und Geothermie (Bau) fokussieren.
