Renesas Electronics Announces Forecasts for the Second Quarter Ending September 30, 2012 and the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2013, and Forecasts of Cash Dividends for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2013

Renesas Electronics Corporation (TSE: 6723), a premier supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions, today announced the consolidated financial forecasts for the six months ending September 30, 2012 as well as the consolidated full-year financial forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013, which had been held in abeyance since May 9, 2012. The company also announced its forecasts of cash dividends for the year ending March 31, 2013.
