Visitors Encouraged to Interact
“The website should not just be a static information platform. Visitors should be actively encouraged to interact in that relevant content is much easier to find” explains Sandra Gerber, Head of the Corporate Communications department. A tool for more interaction is the new Product Finder with which visitors can find the products they are looking for by first selecting the industry and then the application.
Search filters can be found not only in the product, but also in the news section. “Users are always presented with the latest information but can, of course, make personal selections. Apart from RENOLIT Press Releases, the Newsroom will also contain industry announcements and news” says Tobias Schenkel, the Project Leader for the web relaunch in the Corporate Communications department.
