The SMART Mobile Suite from Syclo was designed to meet the needs of service technicians from plant floor to customer door. Terasen Gas, a Vancouver-based gas distribution utility, has used the Syclo solution integrated with various SAP applications to produce work orders and submit timesheets and payroll reports, as well as provide two-way, real-time updates on equipment status between field technicians and corporate headquarters.
