The new Schüco AS PD 75.HI Panorama Design sliding system combines high standards of comfort and design: a frameless appearance due to the concealed frame profiles in the wall, floor and ceiling is combined with a barrier-free threshold for the very first time (Performance Line). Thanks to the new lift-and-slide technology, the mechatronically-operated, barrier-free threshold extends out of the outer frame integrated in the floor when the sliding system is opened, ensuring that it is also easy to operate. When open, a dynamic cover profile in the side outer frame conceals the installed fittings components, making it completely flush with the wall. Another visual highlight is the slimline face width of just 35 mm in the interlock section. Inside the building, the profile can be coordinated with the interior design thanks to Schüco AluWood Design. This involves applying a choice of woodgrain finishes to the profile. Burglar resistance up to RC 3 (Resistance Class) and sensor-free finger-trap protection up to security class SK 3 is guaranteed. To avoid direct sunlight, reduce cooling loads and therefore make an important contribution towards saving energy, the Panorama Design sliding system range can be combined with the external Schüco AB ZDS sun shading system (Aluminium Blind, Zip Design Screen). Straight guide tracks ensure an aesthetically pleasing, integrated appearance.
In addition to the Performance Line, which combines almost every design option, the Schüco AS PD 75.HI system range is individually scalable in the Design Line and Access Line product lines. The Design Line is all about aesthetics, featuring large glass dimensions, maximum transparency and a flush-fitted appearance. In addition, a newly designed flush pull grip is integrated flush with the wall when closed. The Access Line, on the other hand, focuses on ease of access and simple operation. The barrier-free threshold means that the floor is completely level on both sides, so there are no trip hazards when going from indoors to outdoors. A turn knob on the interlock profile can be selected as a locking option. Both product lines are available with burglar resistance up to RC 2 (Resistance Class) in a manual or mechatronic (Schüco TripTronic) version and can be combined with the Schüco AB ZDS sun shading system. Integration into a building automation system is also possible with Schüco Building Skin Control.
