This means that Primus HSM can now be deployed for eIDAS trust services and complies with the European eIDAS and Swiss ZertES regulation for digital signatures (QSCD), seals, and time stamps.
What does the Common Criteria EAL4+ Certification mean?
- The Primus HSM facilitates remote signing services in conjunction with the protection profile EN 419241-2, and any other related protection profiles, to meet the requirements for Sole Control Assurance Level 2 of EN 419241-1.
- Companies can now rely on Securosys' Primus HSM to comply with European eIDAS regulation for digital signatures, seals and time stamps.
- Certification according to eIDAS Protection Profile EN 419221-5 opens up new business opportunities for Securosys and its partners.
