SolarMax Asset Deal completed, the new investors have completed to take over the Sputnik Engineering AG (SolarMax), which had been reported insolvent last December and contracts are signed with the Swiss office of bankruptcy (Schweizer Konkursamt).
June 2015 will start the operative business of the new SolarMax 2.0. In particular there will be available support services, which include service hotline and repair services, as well as the production of new devices. We will inform in more detail with a separate press release before the official "go live".
In relation to integrate photovoltaic systems in the home automation, there will already be presented a new product innovation on the InterSolar fair. We look very much forward to your visit at InterSolar 2015 Munich, exhibition hall B3 booth 535.
