With dimensions of 112 x 41 x 108 millimetres, the spo-book CORE fits behind any monitor and can be easily mounted thanks to its integrated VESA 75 mount. In the temperature range from 0°C to 40°C, it runs continuously there without any problems. The simultaneously robust and ultra-lightweight aluminium case makes this mini-PC a true flyweight: when fully equipped, it weighs a mere 500 grams.
4K@60Hz thanks to the latest Intel® technology
In spite of its compact form factor, this mini-PC with its Intel® Core i5-6200U (Skylake) processor scores points on its tremendous performance. The integrated Intel® HD Graphics 520 effortlessly displays 4K content on up to two monitors – and with a recurrence frequency of 60 Hertz thanks to the integrated Mini DisplayPort 1.2. With its pin-sharp resolution, the spo-book CORE is the perfect solution for demanding digital signage applications.

The phenomenal entry level price for commercial customers is less than €400 net – and that includes 4 gigabytes of RAM and 120 gigabytes of mSATA solid-state drive (SSD). And if that is still not enough: the main memory can be extended to up to 16 gigabytes. SSDs with 240 gigabytes and 480 gigabytes are also available.
The latest ports
Even in an ultra-compact case, there is sufficient space for ports: two monitors can each be connected via a HDMI port and Mini DisplayPort. In addition, there are four USB ports of the latest 3.0 standard, one with Intel® Gigabit LAN and one with audio. A module for WLAN can be optionally installed.
Up-to-date software
In addition to Windows 10 64-bit, Windows IoT is also offered as the operating system in the basic and professional versions. The successor to Windows Embedded can be customised and tailored to any solution. Although the spo-book CORE is based on a Skylake platform, spo-comm can also offer Windows 7 Professional 64-bit as a special extra.

The spo-book CORE is an ideal system for all those who want to customise their mini-PC. Adjustments to the colour of the case and the printing of the customer logo are possible from an order quantity of as low as 20. Other OEM services – such as those relating to the boot logo or the packaging – are provided by spo-comm upon request.
