Since 9 January 2023, Fabian Henzler as Vice President Products has been a part of the STP Group, the premier provider of legal tech complete solutions. He is in charge of the strategy and marketing of the STP product portfolio. The goal he has set himself, together with his team, is to configure the legal workspace of the future to support lawyers, notaries, liquidators, and legal departments in their digital transformation.
Fabian Henzler brings more than 25 years of IT experience to STP. Most recently, he was VP Products at Matrix42, a leading IT service management provider, where he played a decisive role in shaping the company’s cloud transformation and internationalisation. Prior to that, he supported German and international software start-ups (CynapsPro, Softbroker and EgoSecure), IT and innovation consultancies (Consulting4IT), and SaaS scale-ups (LeanIX) in advancing product management and developing SaaS product strategies.
Henzler is succeeding his former CEO Oliver Bendig at the STP Group, where he sees his task as VP Products primarily in aligning the existing STP products even more closely with customer needs and accelerating STP SaaS strategy. He has set the harmonisation and digitalisation of law firm and insolvency management as his overall goal. Fabian Henzler: "Law firms and legal departments are currently in a process of upheaval and the sooner those responsible set up their structures to meet the latest requirements and, above all, in a more agile manner, the sooner relief in the administrative area will be noticeable. This is why there is enormous potential in the legal tech sector to optimise existing workflows and processes with AI-based automation concepts and digitisation projects."
