SYSTRAPLAN is installing a high-bay warehouse for the storage and preparation of panels for the FOURNIER Group. The system includes a three-aisle cantilever rack with automatic rack serve carriers. The system height is 16 m, the storage capacity is approx. 1,100 panel stacks.
Due to the intelligent combination of stack handling and vacuum technology for picking individual boards, the SYSTRAPLAN rack serve carriers offer optimal features for effective and space-saving storage.
In addition to the three high-bay storage and retrieval machines for picking the panel materials, SYSTRAPLAN, as general contractor, also supplies the material flow technology with gantries, stack alignments, transfer carriages and conveyor technology.
