The Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy honours the 50 fastest growing companies in Bavaria with the "Bavaria's Best 50" Award. Thanks to an above-average increase in staff and turnover, toolcraft AG is again one of the award winners.

Bavaria's Best 50 Award

Once a year, there is a search for Bavarian businesses that constantly create jobs and consistently take advantage of opportunities for growth. To honour this extraordinary performance, the Bavarian Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy bestows the "Bavaria's Best 50" Award on the 50 fastest growing companies. In the grand, ceremonial setting of Schleißheim Palace, the Award is presented by Hubert Aiwanger, Deputy Minister-President of Bavaria and Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs.

Success through team spirit and innovation

Since the company was founded by Bernd Krebs in 1989, toolcraft has pursued a consistent strategy of growth through innovation, performance and product quality. The family firm now has over 460 employees at sites in Georgensgmünd and Spalt.  "I never dreamt that toolcraft would end up being backed by such a big team. We still stick to my original goal of creating an extraordinary working environment," says Bernd Krebs, founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board. It is not only the number of employees that has steadily increased, the sales figures have also grown very well. That's why toolcraft has been honoured with the "Bavaria's Best 50" Award this year for the fourth time. "We are very proud of this Award. Because it shows us that we are on the right track as an innovative, medium-sized company operating internationally," adds Christoph Hauck, Director of Technology and Sales at toolcraft.
