Hall: 2 / Stand number: 2D36

At LogiMAT 2025 (Messe Stuttgart, March 11 - 13, 2025, Hall 2, Booth 2D36), TSC Auto ID will showcase innovative solutions that enable users to optimize their warehouse and logistics workflows.

The booth will showcase powerful technologies for three key areas. These include mobile computing and data capture solutions from Bluebird, the newest member of the TSC Auto ID family. Virtual delivery counters, storage rooms and a “Challenge Zone” will give visitors an insight into real work processes. Highlights include the PEX-2000 high-performance print modules. The 4-inch model offers a maximum print resolution of 600 dpi and print speeds of up to 457 mm/s (18 ips). The 6-inch model achieves 356 mm/s (14 ips) and 300 dpi. Optionally, the modules can be equipped with an RFID encoding feature and a ribbon saver. PEX-2000 is easy to integrate and specially designed for long-term operation in demanding process environments.

Parcel delivery

The powerful 5G handheld computer S20 combines low weight with a rugged case and features contactless payment capabilities - improving the collection and delivery of parcels. EF550R enhances parcel delivery with real-time tracking, efficient barcode scanning, and reliable connectivity for streamlined operations. The S50 and S70 enterprise mobile computers are well suited for entering inventory data and audits. They enable fast and flexible barcode scanning, whether the barcode is held in hand or across the room. At LogiMAT, both devices can be connected to the DA220 BT desktop printer for precision labeling and the DH240T linerless printer for eco-friendly restocking solutions. These both print at 203 dpi using direct thermal printing. The DA220 achieves speeds of up to 152 mm/s (6 ips), the DH240T up to 203 mm/s (8 ips).

Order picking and packing

The W20 ring scanner enables hands-free picking after pairing with handhelds such as the S50 enterprise mobile computer. The Alpha-40L 4-inch mobile printer impresses with speeds of up to 127 mm/s (5 ips) at 203 dpi. It can be mounted directly onto the forklift using the optionally available vehicle mount adaptor, enabling efficient transport of items. The compact MB240T industrial printer is particularly suited for processing sustainable linerless packaging labels with 203 dpi at up to 305 mm/s (12 ips). With the high-performance TH240 desktop printer, users encode and print RFID labels in 203 dpi at up to 203 mm/s (8 ips) to ensure seamless tracking and accuracy.

Warehouse dock-to-door

The powerful MH240 industrial printer labels pallets at high speed. It achieves up to 356 mm/s (14 ips) at 203 dpi. Its special printing technology ensures high-quality and clean barcodes. The T6000e RFID printer offers RFID encoding for both standard labels as well

as on-metal tags, enabling real-time shipment tracking. The T8000 ODV-2D 6-inch printer prints, reads, verifies and validates each individual barcode. Rejected barcodes are flagged and the T8000 automatically prints a new label. This helps users avoid fines for compliance violations and rejected shipments.
