The Sustainability Report highlights ib vogt's key achievements in line with its objectives, including:
- Net Zero: On a path to reach Net Zero, ib vogt has successfully offset the carbon footprint from different levels (scopes) of their operation. Scope 1 includes direct emissions, caused by stationary generators and company cars, scope 2 includes indirect emissions from imported heating/cooling and electricity and scope 3 includes emissions by business travel. ib vogt ensures through certified climate protection projects, that its activities and services do not contribute to the increase of carbon in the atmosphere.
- Supply Chain Compliance: ib vogt sponsors and actively participates in an industry-wide initiative to address human rights issues in the supply chain. The company has also implemented a robust Supply Chain Management process, subjecting all module suppliers to independent expert audits. As a result, 100% of module suppliers have been assessed and audited by independent experts.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): ib vogt is involved in several initiatives related to its project and operational work, aiming to benefit communities around its projects.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): ib vogt is actively working towards fostering greater diversity in leadership roles, expanding and monitoring management systems systematically, and enacting a zero-tolerance policy for Health and Safety related incidents.
