WITTENSTEIN alpha GmbH, for example, will be unveiling the new CP gearboxes in the alpha Basic Line along with the new, space optimized right-angle stages for both this series and the alpha Value Line. The stylish bevel gear stage, designed for use in tight mounting situations, impresses with compactness and high efficiency. Owing to the market-compatible output interfaces, the extensive range of possible coaxial and right-angle versions is suitable for a wide variety of tasks.
The further expanded, industrial grade toolkit for small servo drives – the cyber® dynamic line in combination with the cyber® simco line with the fieldbus interfaces PROFINET RT/IRT, EtherCAT, Sercos III, EtherNet/IP and CANopen – means that more than 12,000 different customer and application-specific motor-controller combinations can now be configured. If this is not sufficient, WITTENSTEIN cyber motor GmbH can seize the opportunities afforded by high vertical integration to develop customized solutions with customer-specific motors and thus deliver the right customer value without any design limitations – whether for standard applications or for extreme environments.
The exhibits presented by WITTENSTEIN Start-up Galaxie Systems will demonstrate not only the Galaxie® gearbox’s technology lead and its superiority on principle but also its unmatched useful and service life, which is one reason why it has been nominated for the Deutscher Zukunftspreis 2018. With four variants and five different sizes, the modular portfolio provides maximum flexibility for applications with special performance or installation requirements.
In keeping with the motto “Focused on your needs”, WITTENSTEIN will be offering a guided tour at the booth on the subject of Smart Connectivity: more and more companies are meanwhile recognizing the need for intelligent connectivity solutions, which are a vital prerequisite to cutting-edge automation.
