Lucy Glöckner, who always prepares professionally for her races, is one of the fastest women on two wheels worldwide. Last year, she had already become very familiar with the conditions in Colorado and was named „Rookie of the Year“. With her outstanding time, she confidently and single-handedly flew the flag for the Wunderlich MOTORSPORT powered by ProKASRO team as her team partner, road racing legend Michael Dunlop, was unable to compete due to injury.
„Once again this year, Lucy was very fast right from the start,“ said Wunderlich CEO MOTORSPORT Manager Frank Hoffmann. „She again demonstrated her great mental strength and, in the most demanding of all classes, the Exhibition Powersport Division, she rocked the Pikes Peak in the truest sense of the word. This year‘s event on Pikes Peak was marked by ups and downs. The injury-induced withdrawal of Michael Dunlop during the final preparations for the hill climb was a sobering blow. However, Lucy more than made up for this setback – she reliably delivered a top performance and achieved our best ever result as a team here in Colorado. We share her delight with this fantastic victory that underlines the performance and potential of our team, and shows that we have significantly improved over the last three years! Nevertheless, we cannot truly enjoy our success in light of the tragic events that have affected all of us. We are motorsport racers, sportspeople. We know about the huge challenges here at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Therefore, our thoughts are with Carlin Dunn, who has undoubtedly been one of the greats here at Pikes Peak and will now be sorely missed.“

Another victory in the endurance class of the RLC
Heated battle at the Nürburgring
On June 30, 2019, almost in parallel to Lucy Glöckner‘s triumph at the 97th Pikes Peak event, the endurance team from Wunderlich MOTORSPORT brought home the Reinoldus Cup with a confident and victorious performance at the Nürburgring. Sven Cremer, Christoph „Fifty“ Höfer and guest rider Janusch Prokop shared Wunderlich‘s fast and reliable S 1000 RR. It was a sizzling battle. The eight-hour race was beset by track temperatures that reached 60°C/140°F and created very challenging conditions. Nevertheless, the team from Sinzig went from strength to strength during the race and shone with a flawless start-to-finish victory that further increased their lead in the championship.
For the first time, the race was organized in accordance with the rules of the EWC (Endurance World Cup).
