Dynavisions Schweiz AG, leading manufacturer of set-top boxes decides to use FlashFX Pro software of Datalight in their new product. This special software allows the use of a flash chip as a hard-disc.
The application of FlashFX enables a Flash-Chip as a hard disk. Ulrich Strauss, CTO Dynavisions: „Time is money and the adoption of FlashFX saves us three months product development time.”
In that way personal settings and favorites are managed on the new SOLO HD 200 IPTV. Often required pictures can be permanently saved in the temporary memory, which is of high benefit regarding the use of internet content.
"The Datalight driver is many times faster than other available solutions and supports a high number of flash-chips which ensures a stabile platform in future developments,” so Ulrich Strauss.
