Be flexible – Neuer Rechtsrahmen für Biomasseanlagen

Kurz vor Ende der verkürzten Legislaturperiode hat der Bundestag Anfang 2025 das sog. „Biomassepaket“ beschlossen, um das in der Branche lange gerungen worden war. Ziel ist es, die Weiterentwicklung insbesondere des Biogasanlagenbestandes zu sichern. Sowohl Neuanlagen als auch Bestandsanlagen in der Anschlussförderung wird dadurch künftig ein deutlich höheres Maß an Flexibilität abverlangt.

In dem neuen Online-Seminar "Be flexible – Neuer Rechtsrahmen für Biomasseanlagen" erhalten Sie einen Überblick über die aktuellen rechtlichen Regelungen für die EEG-Förderung von Biogasanlagen.
