Passen New Work und Coworking zusammen?
Themen des Kongresses sind unter anderem die Auswirkungen der modernen und flexiblen Formen der Büroarbeit und der moderne Arbeitsorganisation (New Work) auf die Ausgestaltung von Coworking Spaces. Hierzu gibt es einen Impulsvortrag von Anna Maria Losos (Head of Coworking Business von Beehive) und eine anschließende Paneldiskussion. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt der #zukunftcoworking ist der Einsatz von Franchising im Coworking-Business. Dies ist noch ein eher neues Feld, aber Experten sehen hier große Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Weitere spannende Vorträge und Panels widmen sich Themen wie der Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie durch Coworking mit Kinderbetreuung sowie den Erfolgsfaktoren für ländliche Coworking-Spaces.
