Mit der Industrie 4.0 werden Produktionsumgebungen nicht nur smart, sie sind leider auch lohnende Angriffsziele für Cyber-Attacken.

Das Kernproblem: Mit der Vernetzung von Maschinen und Anlagen für den Datentransfer oder Remote-Zugriff wird die frühere Trennung der Operational TechnologyOT von IT-Systemen aufgehoben. Interne OT-Netze werden dadurch von außen für Cyber-Kriminelle angreifbar.
