Annual Meeting on Reaction Engineering 2025

The Annual Meeting on Reaction Engineering is an excellent platform for scientific exchange between experts as well as networking between academic groups and industry. We invite scientists from industry, research institutions and universities, to share and discuss their work and learn about the latest developments. The 2025 edition of the Annual Meeting is jointly organized by the DECHEMA/VDI Subject Divisions Chemical Reaction Engineering, Electrochemical Processes and Kinetics and Reaction Mechanisms. The meeting will provide the opportunity for these communities to describe and discuss current research on relevant topics and to identify synergies.

  • Electrochemical Processes and Photochemistry
  • Kinetics and Reaction Mechanisms
  • Reactor- and Cell-Design and Scale-up
  • Modeling and Diagnostics across Scales
Focus applications:
  • Electrifying the Chemical Industry
  • Circular Economy
We also encourage contributions from a wide range of areas within reaction engineering, electrochemical processes, and kinetics. Deadline for a paper submission for posters is 25th April 2025.

Four plenary lectures given by international renowned scientists, a poster party and a conference dinner will provide the framework for stimulating discussions and talks.
