Explosionsschutzdokument - Modul 2: Gefährdungsbeurteilung

Ziel

Betreiber von Anlagen mit explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen müssen die erforderlichen Schutzmaßnahmen und Verhaltensregeln sowie die Maßnahmen bei Betriebsstörungen und Notfällen in einem Explosionsschutzdokument zu dokumentieren. Grundlage für die Erstellung eines Explosionsschutzdokumentes ist eine Gefährdungsbeurteilung nach Gefahrstoffverordnung. Die so ermittelten explosionsgefährdeten Bereiche werden dann nach Häufigkeit und Auftreten der gefährlichen explosionsfähigen Atmosphäre in Zonen eingeteilt. Aus dieser Zoneneinteilung leiten sich die erforderlichen Schutzmaßnahmen ab

In den Modulen der Seminarreihe werden die einzelnen Arbeitsschritte für die Erstellung eines Explosionsschutzdokument erläutert. Ausgehend von den Anforderungen an das Explosionsschutzdokument werden die Zoneneinteilung und Bewertung der Explosionsgefahren behandelt und an Praxisbeispielen trainiert.
