Ziel

In der Online-Seminar-Reihe werden bauordnungsrechtliche Grundlagen und Anforderungen an Fassaden mit Brandschutzanforderungen sowie die Ausführung für verschiedene Fassadensysteme vermittelt. Die Einzelmodule beziehen sich auf WDVS, vorgehängte Fassaden und hinterlüftete Fassadenkonstruktionen.

Sie lernen die Grundanforderungen des Bauordnungsrechts für Fassaden, deren formale Umsetzung und Ausführung kennen. Zudem erhalten Sie Praxistipps zu Untersuchungsmethoden an bestehenden Fassaden. Es wird Fachwissen zu Gefahrenpunkten vermittelt, wie Sie diese erkennen und welche Möglichkeiten zur Beseitigung bestehen sowie welche Möglichkeit zur Prüfung von fertiggestellten Fassaden bestehen.
