Studium Generale: Anja Schmitz - Agilität, Flexibilität, Sinnstiftung - Was ist „New Work“?

Rasante technologische Entwicklungen, ständig neue Marktanforderungen, gesellschaftliche Veränderungen und damit einhergehende neue Erwartungen der Mitarbeitenden haben unsere Organisationen und die Art des Arbeitens verändert. In diesem Zuge gewann das Konzept „New Work“ zunehmend an Bedeutung und fungiert seither in vielen Fällen als Sammelbegriff für die verschiedensten Phänomene – von virtueller Zusammenarbeit über flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice bis hin zu Agilität. Seine Ursprünge reichen zurück bis in die späten 1970er Jahre und stellten Sinnstiftung, Freiheit und Sicherheit in den Fokus. Prof. Anja Schmitz wird daher in ihrem Vortrag aus Praxis und Forschung beleuchten, was sich wirklich hinter diesem Konzept verbirgt und worauf wir achten müssen, um Produktivität und Wohlbefinden gleichermaßen zu fördern.
