Unverständliche Zutatenlisten, undurchsichtige Qualitätsversprechen und fehlende Informationen verhindern, dass Kunden ihre Wahlfreiheit ausüben können. Thilo Bode wird sich in seinem Vortrag auf einen aufklärerischen Gang durch den Supermarkt begeben und die wichtigsten Lebensmittel von der Frische- bis zur Tiefkühltheke einem radikalen Qualitätscheck unterziehen.
