Bedrohungsmanagement

Viele Mitarbeiter der Verwaltung (egal ob auf kommunaler oder auf Landesebene) haben fast täglich Kundenkontakt. Bürgermeister und Gemeinderäte oder sonstige Mandatsträger sind aufgrund ihres Amtes sehr bekannt und stehen deshalb auch außerhalb ihrer Dienstzeiten in der Öffentlichkeit. Durch ihre Aufgaben schränken sie nicht selten Grundrechte der Bürger in irgendeiner Form ein und werden dadurch zum Angriffspunkt von Anfeindungen, Beleidigungen und teilweise sogar Bedrohungen.

Dieses Seminar soll Ihnen die Grundlagen der Krisenkommunikation und des Bedrohungsmanagement für den täglich Dienst, sowie ihren privaten Alltag näherbringen.

Denken Sie immer daran:  Es sind vielleicht nur 10% (ihrer Kundschaft, die Ihnen Probleme macht, aber genau auf diese sollten Sie vorbereitet sein!!.
