„Null Toleranz“ gegenüber Respektlosigkeit, Provokationen, Beleidigungen, Drohungen und Bedrohungen, körperliche Übergriffe, kompetentes Fallmanagement.

Dass das Phänomen Gewalt gegen Beschäftigte von Behörden permanent zunimmt ist aus jeder Statistik zu lesen. Bürgermeister denken an eigene Bewaffnung. Wer gegen diese Zielgruppe übergriffig wird greift uns alle, insbesondere unseren Rechtsstaat an.

In diesem Seminar beschäftigen wir uns mit dem Phänomen Gewalt und bieten Ihnen Lösungsmöglichkeiten.
