Kollegiale Beratung

Die Kollegiale Beratung ist eine Methode des strukturierten Erfahrungsaustauschs innerhalb einer Gruppe von Kollegen und Kolleginnen der gleichen Fachrichtung. Ziel ist es, durch angeleitete Gespräche und gemeinsames Reflektieren die berufliche Praxis zu verbessern und individuelle Herausforderungen zu bewältigen. 

Die Methode basiert auf einem partnerschaftlichen Ansatz, bei dem die Diversität der Gruppe und die Erfahrungen aller Gruppenmitglieder den gemeinsamen Denkhorizont erweitert und somit den Einzelnen unterstützt individuelle Lösungswege für aktuelle berufliche Herausforderungen zu erarbeiten.
