Die Messe FLORIAN in Dresden ist eine Fachmesse für Feuerwehr, Zivil- und Katastrophenschutz. Die FLORIAN versammelt die Branche aus den Bereichen Feuerwehr, Rettungswesen, und Bevölkerungsschutz und zeigt die neueste Feuerwehr- und Rettungstechnik - unter anderem modernste Fahrzeuge und Ausstattungen, Schutzbekleidung, Löschsysteme, IT- und Kommunikationslösungen und Hochwasserschutzsysteme.

Begleitet wird die FLORIAN Dresden von einem umfangreichen Programm zur Fort- und Weiterbildung für alle Angehörigen von Feuerwehr, THW und Rettungsdiensten sowie für kommunale Entscheider. Im Verbund mit dem Rettungsdienstforum aescutec thematisiert die Messe das übergreifende Zusammenwirken aller Rettungskräfte bei Katastrophen, Großveranstaltungen und Havarien.
