Das Gesetz über die unternehmerischen Sorgfaltspflichten zur Vermeidung von Menschenrechtsverletzungen in Lieferketten, Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG), ist am 01. Januar 2023 in Kraft getreten.
