Baugrundbedingte Schäden an Gebäuden - erkennen, beurteilen, sanieren

Zur Interaktion zwischen Baugrund, Grundwasser, Gründung und Bauwerk

Schäden an Gebäuden durch Veränderungen im Baugrund können sich als Risse, Schiefstellungen oder auch Feuchteschäden bemerkbar machen, die die Tragfähigkeit von Gebäuden bedrohen können. Baugrundbedingte Schäden können bereits beim Neubau, in der Gewährleistungsfrist oder manchmal erst nach Jahrzehnten im Bestand auftreten.
Besonders infolge des außergewöhnlichen Dürrejahres 2018 kam es vielerorts zu Gründungsschäden auch am alten Gebäudebestand. Mit zu erwartenden weiteren Dürren erfährt das Seminarthema daher eine zusätzliche Bedeutung.
