Frequenzumrichter und Servoregler – Schlüsselbaugruppen der Leistungselektronik

Aufbau, Funktion, Eigenschaften, Steuerung, Anwendung

Servoregler und Frequenzumrichter sind mit die wichtigsten Baugruppen der modernen Antriebs- und Energietechnik. Die Schlüsselbaugruppen der Leistungselektronik dieser Produkte sind ebenso elementare Bestandteile von PV-Anlagen, Windkraftanlagen und moderner Antriebstechnik in der Elektromobilität.
Neben den grundlegenden Regelungsfunktionen sind häufig Optionen wie SPS, Positionierung, Synchronisation und CAM-Interpolation integriert. Bezogen auf die Leistungs- und Regelungshardware sind Umrichter zum Betrieb von Synchronmotoren mit elektronischer Kommutierung (Servoregler) und Umrichter zum hochwertigen Betrieb von Asynchronmotoren (Vektorregler) weitgehend vergleichbar.
Wie bei kaum einem anderen Gerät sind hier robuste Leistungselektronik und sensible Prozessortechnik auf engstem Raum komprimiert. Daraus resultieren nicht zuletzt besondere Anforderungen an das Gerätedesign.
