Getriebedimensionierung

Die Getriebeentwicklung erfolgt im Spannungsfeld Tragfähigkeit, Wirkungsgrad, Geräusch und Kosten. Die Vielzahl an Einflussparametern und ihr komplexes Zusammenspiel sind vom Konstrukteur häufig nicht einfach überschaubar. Oft werden Getriebe über viele Jahre hinweg kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt und bezüglich der oben genannten Kriterien schrittweise optimiert. Aktuelle Technologietrends wie zum Beispiel Elektromobilität erfordern Getriebeneuentwicklungen. Erfahrungswerte aus bestehenden Getriebekonstruktionen können nur bedingt für sie übernommen werden.

Ziel der Weiterbildung

Ausgehend von einem Überblick über die verschiedenen Zahnradgetriebearten (Stirnrad-, Kegelrad-, Schnecken- und Planetengetriebe) vermittelt das Seminar einen Überblick über alle relevanten Schritte im Produktentstehungsprozess eines Getriebes:
  • überschlägige Getriebedimensionierung
  • Verzahnungsauslegung bezüglich Tragfähigkeit, Wirkungsgrad und Geräusch
  • Fertigung von Stirnradverzahnungen
Alle Lehrinhalte werden am Beispiel eines zweistufigen Stirnradgetriebes praxisnah vermittelt.
