Grundlagen der Druckgusstechnik

Die Forderung nach der Schonung der knappen Ressourcen sowie die veränderten Klima- und Umweltschutzanforderungen (Gewichtsreduzierung zur Spritersparnis und geringerem CO2-Ausstoß) bedingen eine Erhöhung des Anteiles von Leichtmetall als Werkstoff im Verhältnis zu Stahl. Hierbei spielen Druckgussbauteile eine große Rolle. Das Druckgussverfahren ermöglicht das endabmessungsnahe Gießen sehr genauer Bauteile mit reproduzierbarer Qualität und Maßhaltigkeit in großen Stückzahlen und kurzer Fertigungszeit.

Ziel des Seminars:

Das Seminar informiert über die Entwicklung neuer Aluminiumgussteile. Es vermittelt grundlegende Kenntnisse über Druckgusstechnologie, Druckgussmaschinen, gießgerechte Auslegung des Druckgusswerkzeugs sowie das druckgussgerechte Konstruieren von Teilen:

Grundlagen der Druckgusstechnologie
übersicht möglicher Gießverfahren
Entwicklung von Aluminiumgussteilen
druckgussgerechte Bauteilgestaltung
Qualitätsanforderungen an Druckgussteile
Leichtmetalllegierungen und ihre Eigenschaften
Stahlsorten für Druckgussformen, alternative Werkstoffe, Beschichtungen
Dimensionierung und Aufbau eines Druckgusswerkzeugs
Gießlauf-und Entlüftungsauslegung
Thermohaushalt einer Druckgussform
Simulation des Druckgussprozesses
