Batterie-Produktion und -Recycling in der Elektromobilität

Von der Zelle bis zum Batterie-Pack und wieder zurück

Dieses Seminar vermittelt einen umfassenden Einblick über den Aufbau einer Elektroautobatterie, deren Produktion und den Möglichkeiten des Recyclings. Ausgehend von der Zellchemie, Zellgröße und Zellform werden der Entstehungsprozess der endgültigen Batterie, auch Pack genannt, sowie alle Prozessschritte erläutert. Regulatorische Herausforderungen und Umsetzungen sind ebenfalls Bestandteil dieses Seminars. 
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt des Seminars bildet das Thema Recycling. Aktuelle Produktionsanlagen werden gezeigt und Schritt für Schritt erklärt und alle aktuellen Methoden vorgestellt. Das umfasst auch mögliche alternative Einsatzmöglichkeiten wie Second Life und After-Sales. 
Vor allem wird auf interessante Details wie sicheres Tiefentladen in Abhängigkeit der verwendeten Zelltypen und Batteriemanagementsysteme eingegangen.
