Lieferantenmanagement im Kontext eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems

Im Rahmen des Aufbaus eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems stellt die Beschaffung von Fremdbezugsteilen einen entscheidenden Erfolgsfaktor dar. Kürzer werdende Produktlebenszyklen, zunehmende Innovationsgeschwindigkeiten, der Zugang zu internationalen Märkten sind Beispiele, die die Beschaffung im Unternehmen stark beeinflussen und neue Handlungsweisen erfordern. Unternehmen müssen sich vermehrt auf ihre Kernkompetenzen konzentrieren und den Fremdbezugsanteil durch ein funktionierendes Lieferantenmanagement unterstützen. 

Ziel der Weiterbildung

  • Sie kennen die Teilprozesse im Lieferantenmanagement
  • Sie können Methoden auswählen, um Lieferanten zu bestimmen, zu bewerten und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
