Planung der Instandhaltung von Betonbauteilen für Sachkundige Planer

Prinzipien und Verfahren gemäß TR (DIBt) und weiterer Regelwerke

Die Technische Regel Instandhaltung von Betonbauwerken des Deutschen Instituts für Bautechnik (DIBt) und die DAfStb-Richtlinie – Schutz und Instandsetzung von Betonbauteilen (Rili-SIB) des Deutschen Ausschuss für Stahlbeton setzen voraus, dass jede Instandhaltungsmaßnahme (Inspektion, Wartung, Instandsetzung, Verbesserung) von Betonbauwerken geplant, die Planung durch einen Sachkundigen Planer (SKP) durchgeführt und die Ausführung von Schutz- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen nach einem Instandsetzungsplan durch einen SKP begleitet wird. Der SKP muss daher über besondere Kenntnisse auf diesem Aufgabengebiet verfügen.
