Projekte als komplexe(re) Sonderaufgabe außerhalb des Tagesgeschäftes zu managen, setzt den gekonnten Einsatz zielführender Steuerungsmethoden voraus, um Zeit, Kosten und Qualität im Griff zu haben.
Die Projektleitung ist im Normalfall auch nur fachlich weisungsbefugt und muss ihr Projektteam in einem hohen Ausmaß intrinsisch motivieren, dass es aus innerem Antrieb zielorientiert ins Projekt reinarbeitet.

In diesem Seminar erhalten Sie die Werkzeuge, um Projekte auf Kurs zu halten, mit geeigneten Steuerungsinstrumenten zu einem erfolgreichen Projektabschluss zu navigieren und Ihr Projektteam so zu führen, dass die Projektziele mit einer hohen Motivation gemeinsam erreicht werden.
