Projekte und Teams leiten ohne Vorgesetztenfunktion

Als Team- oder Projektleitende ohne Personalverantwortung nutzen Sie motivierende Leadership-Fähigkeiten, um Ihre gemeinsamen Ziele zu erreichen. Sie achten Ihre Kolleginnen/Kollegen, kommunizieren auf Augenhöhe und führen das Team mit persönlicher Klarheit.

Ziel der Weiterbildung

Nach diesem Seminar kennen Sie Möglichkeiten, Ihre Rolle als Führende/-r ohne Vorgesetztenfunktion zu klären und zu legitimieren. Sie wissen, wie Sie eine gute Beziehung zu anderen herstellen und haben vielfältige Ideen zur Motivation Ihrer Kollegen. 

Sie können klare Vereinbarungen mit anderen treffen und Verbindlichkeit herstellen. Für den Konfliktfall haben Sie Verhaltensweisen erprobt, wie Sie z.B. Konflikte ansprechen und welche Lösungswege angemessen sind.
