4SC AG Verlustanzeige gemäß §92 Abs. 1 AktG

Nach vorläufigen Berechnungen der aktuellen Finanzzahlen für das erste Quartal 2007 geht der Vorstand des Martinsrieder Biotech-Unternehmens 4SC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard: VSC) davon aus, dass auf Basis der HGB-Zahlen zum 31. März 2007 ein Verlust von mehr als der Hälfte des Grundkapitals eingetreten ist. Hintergrund sind im Wesentlichen die kumulierten Verlustvorträge aus den Vorjahren. Der Vorstand bereitet geeignete Maßnahmen vor, die der Stärkung des Eigenkapitals dienen sollen und wird gemäß §92 Abs. 1 AktG unverzüglich eine Hauptversammlung einberufen, in der er den Verlust anzeigen sowie über die aktuelle Entwicklung der Maßnahmen berichten wird.
