Die aap Implantate AG, ein im Prime Standard der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse notiertes Medizintechnikunternehmen, hat gestern Abend mit den Gesellschaftern der niederländischen FAME Medical-Unternehmensgruppe einen Übernahmevertrag unterzeichnet. aap übernimmt dadurch mittels einer reinen Aktientransaktion eine Gruppe von vier operativen Gesellschaften mit insgesamt 110 Mitarbeitern: EMCM (European Medical Contract Manufacturing), Bactimm Analytics, TPI (Tissue Processing International) und FMP (Fame Medical Products).

Bereits für Mitte Februar 2007 ist die außerordentliche Hauptversammlung der aap Implantate AG geplant, auf der die Zustimmung der Aktionäre zur Transaktion eingeholt und die entsprechende Kapitalerhöhung beschlossen werden soll.
