Öffentliche Themenführung im Museum Würth in Künzelsau

"Wotruba und die Folgen" lautet der Titel der kommenden Themenführung durch die Ausstellung "A.E.I.O.U. - Österreichische Aspekte in der Sammlung Würth" im Museum Würth in Künzelsau. Die einstündige Führung beginnt am Sonntag, 15. September, um 14 Uhr, die Teilnahme beträgt sechs Euro.

Fritz Wotruba (1907 - 1975) zählt zu den einflussreichsten österreichischen Bildhauern des 20. Jahrhunderts. An der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Wien baute er eine Bildhauerklasse auf, aus der namhafte Schüler hervorgingen, der bekannteste davon war Alfred Hrdlicka. Wotruba ist mit mehreren Arbeiten in der Sammlung Würth vertreten.
