ADVA Optical Networking SE: Freigabe des Umtauschangebots der Acorn HoldCo, Inc. durch das BMWK

Das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz („BMWK“) hat heute die für den Vollzug des Umtauschangebots der ADTRAN Inc.-Tochtergesellschaft Acorn HoldCo, Inc. („Acorn HoldCo“) erforderliche außenwirtschaftsrechtliche Freigabe erteilt.

Mit der außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Freigabe durch das BMWK sind alle Bedingungen für den Vollzug des am 12. November 2021 veröffentlichten Umtauschangebots der Acorn HoldCo eingetreten. Das Tauschangebot soll erwartungsgemäß bis zum 15. Juli 2022, spätestens jedoch am 18. Juli 2022 vollzogen werden. Die Aktien der Acorn HoldCo werden an der NASDAQ und an der Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse zum Handel zugelassen.
