Ordentliche Generalversammlung 2024: Adval Tech Aktionäre stimmen allen Anträgen zu

Die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre der Adval Tech Holding AG haben an der ordentlichen Generalversammlung vom 16. Mai 2024 in Bern allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrates zugestimmt. Sie genehmigten unter anderem den Lagebericht, die Jahresrechnung und die Konzernrechnung für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 und nahmen den Nachhaltigkeitsbericht und den Vergütungsbericht in Konsultativ-abstimmungen zustimmend zur Kenntnis. Die bisherigen Verwaltungsräte René Rothen, Hans Dreier und Christoph Hammer wurden für eine Amtsdauer von einem Jahr wiedergewählt. Neu in den Verwaltungsrat und ebenfalls für eine Amtsdauer von einem Jahr wählten die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre lic. rer. pol. Beat Ritler, Jahrgang 1970.
