Beim IP 140-LO handelt es sich um digitale und hochgenaue Pyrometer mit Lichtleiter-Optik zur berührungslosen Messung von niedrigen Temperaturen an Metallen, Keramik, Graphit etc. Dieses erste Lichtleiterpyrometer der IMPAC Serie 140 ist mit 3 verschiedenen Temperaturbereichen zwischen 100 und 750°C verfügbar. Die austauschbare Vorsatzoptik ermöglicht das Messen kleinster Objekte (ab 1,1 mm), die schnelle Erfassungszeit (ab 1,5ms) eine verlässliche Temperaturmessung auch bei sehr schnellen Anwendungen. Lichtleiter und Optikkopf können in hohen Umgebungstemperaturen eingesetzt werden und sind unempfindlich gegen Störungen durch elektromagnetische Strahlung (z.B. durch Induktion).
