AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG yesterday borrowed 200 million Swiss francs of new longterm debt through a further bond issue. The interest paid on the new bond, which will run for 6 years up to 12 May 2016, is 3.375 percent. A bank syndicate with Credit Suisse acting as Lead Manager has taken over the issue at an issue price of 100.000 percent and is offering it publicly in Switzerland to subscribers. The issue has met with lively interest from both institutional and private investors. The first official trading day for the bonds on the SIX Swiss Exchange is 30 April 2010.
