Wie sieht eine zeitgemäße Bewerbung aus?

Gehört ein Foto noch auf die erste Seite Ihrer Bewerbungsmappe? Schickt Frau heute überhaupt noch Papierbewerbungen? Nicht viel hat sich im Lauf der Zeit so sehr verändert wie die form der Bewerbung: Papier oder digital, Kurz- oder Initiativbewerbung, Foto oder keine Foto mehr? Das sind alles wichtige Fragen, wenn es um die eigene Bewerbung geht. Denn Bewerbung ist schließlich "Werbung in eigener Sache", und die sollte so gut wie möglich sein.
